I’m Chell (Michelle, but rarely) - hi!

I live in Melbourne’s northern suburbs (though having spent my childhood on a farm and racing motorbikes, I am at home in nature).

Mumma of two, lawyer by trade, Sea Shepherd volunteer and celebrator of all that can be celebrated.

I hate coffee, and will always stand up for what I believe in. Live music and meaningful chats make my soul sing.

I have been behind the camera for many moons (and it shows in family photos), but my passion to take my ‘hobby’ further was ignited during Melbourne’s 7,632 years in lockdown when I started capturing special, yet ordinary moments for my friends and their families. Other than a rare date night with my wonderful man, my ideal Saturday night is editing photos after a magical golden hour session capturing the undeniable connection between loved ones. I get so much joy going through photos after a session.

My photoshoots are very relaxed, and I generally won’t pose you (but, if I tell the kids to tackle you, go with it!). Let’s leave awkward at home and have some fun in the fields!
